The Power Maxx - Save up to 31% on your Fuel Bill!

Hi all!! As many of you know, I own and operate the website www.power-maxx.com through which I sell the Power Maxx Vortex Generator. I started off on ebay, and as my business grew, I decided it was time to make this into a full time gig, and opened my website. This blog was originally intended to solely promote and discuss my website, but it has quickly become much more than that!

That point aside, I wanted to take a brief moment to talk about the Power Maxx and what it will do for you.

The Power Maxx Vortex Generator is a stationary vortex generator that fits inside your air intake tube. The Power Maxx produces a vortex effect in the combustion chamber of your engine. This allows for better atomization of your fuel, resulting in more complete combustion of the available fuel. This translates into up to 31% savings on fuel and up to 35 gain in horsepower.

By enhancing fuel atomization, the Power Maxx increases horsepower and fuel economy. Lab tests conducted by the EPA on non-moving vortex generators showed results as high as 20 horsepower and 24% increases in mileage. Other independent studies yielded results as high as 35 HP and 31% MPG. Although results varied from vehicle to vehicle, there were gains across the board, and considering the price, ease of install, and maintenance free operation, the Power Maxx is a worthwhile investment.

As mentioned previously, we started selling this product on Ebay, as it is arguably the hardest market to advertise a product and be successful with due to the stringent feedback system they have in place. The buyers have no reason NOT to leave positive feedback if they are not happy with the product or the service.

Despite these seemingly insurmountable odds, we have almost 15,000 positive feedback, with many more coming in each day. Although most people are happy with out product, there are some, in the area of about 5%, that don’t find they save gas while using our product. The most common cause of this is incorrect installation, and in some cases, the design of the vehicle simply prevents the principles that our product works on from taking effect.

I will be the first person to admit that this is the case, but our product works 95% of the time, and our feedback profile is a living testimonial of that fact!! If our product didn’t work, we would have a significantly larger amount of negative feedback, as the feedback system is very onesided towards the buyer.

I mention this point because there have always been skeptics of the principles behind the vortex generator, and I’m sure I will have people commenting on its efficacy throughout my career as an advocate of this product. With that, I would like to provide a youtube video of a news report that was done on a similar product in Costa Rica. Although they say you can’t believe everything you see on TV, at least this is some cold hard evidence of the vortex principle in action. Enjoy!!

This seems a real good product. Is this something similar to turbonator? Do you have to place it between the air filter and air intake? When the air comes a vortex is generated increasing power and efficiency?

Yes it works on the same principle as the Tornado or the Turbonator - all stationary vortex generators do.

Thats correct, between the filter and the intake and yes thats what it does!

I am no motorhead, but I do know cars have made a shift from carburetors to fuel injection. The old job of the carburetors was to vaporize gas and oil mixture, and then add air. So, back in the old day to today, I do not see better fuel economy nor more horse power. The Vortex Generator seems to help bring back what a carburetor use to do.
