You know some people thought it was stupid but i still laugh when i read it. I was thinking of trying this but i am not quite sure about the response from the other end.
Reminds me of a sales teacher I had, he said just have fun. When people are rude or look down on you, have fun with them. The best fun, selling salesmen who come to you. He said he has success with selling spammers who emailed him that they needed his services.

When the student is willing, the teacher will present themselves. That is what I think you are doing with the big picture series. Being a teacher for those that are ready.

When you read the letter again, you feel the person who is received the letter aka Jane Gilles in this case must be laughing their ass out.
To me her affect is more like a robot, or an automated response.
Well they have their standard system of writing. If you notice she uses the guys name as if telling to herself i am laughing but i need to get the money.

They should be glad if they receive the payment, if they fine him then they would not even receive what they earlier had to.
What else could they do? Messing with the man is fun.

You need guts to do that, not everyone would be able to pull it off as well as he did.
This post and the Nigerian Scam are perfect compliments to each other.
Only thing is this is not harming and this guy is not a scammer, he is just buying some time.
