The postage fee is also an important factor. I've noticed many a negative or neutral feedback where people complain about the postage and I just have to shake my head as normally the postage price is listed with the item so it's their own fault for not paying attention. I also believe that these people do not allow for the time needed to package everything properly to avoid damaging the goods in transit.
