Hey guys!!! I was recently sent a free copy of a new e-book written by one of my fellow bloggers, John Robinson, at www.jwrmedia.com, and I’m going to review it for you now. His book is titled “Flip Sites and Get Rich,” and is available for download here for the one time price of $34.95.
Now first let me start by telling you not to be swayed by the cover price. This book is well worth the money for a great step by step writeup of how to start from nothing, and start flipping websites for a profit. I’ve always been skeptical of the whole “FLIP THIS AND GET RICH” ideas, and personally felt that the only one to get rich would be the person selling you the information!
This is, FORTUNATELY, not one of those situations. This is a completely step by step, easy to understand and execute guide of how to start building websites from scratch, and offloading them for anything from a small to very hefty profit. Before I get started, I’m going to give you a bit of an insight into what is contained within the book itself, with a list of the chapters and their titles.

Now for the meat and potatoes. Through these 20 chapters, anyone with even moderate knowledge of PHP and HTML will be able to learn exactly what to do to start making money with flipping websites. Those two programming languages are definitely a pre-requisite, and I would advise anyone that doesn’t know them to learn at least the very basics.
John Robinson tells you what programs to use, what resources to tap for your website, where to sell, how to sell, and the list goes on. One of the most important things that I took out of the book was from his Chapter Titled “Cookie Cutter Ideology,” which is in my opinion, the most important thing when flipping websites.
One of the most interesting things I found, was his first hand accounts of his actual experiences in the business, and the profit numbers he has made. This certainly makes the price of purchase a lot more attractive, as it is obvious that you will make your money back in your first website sale, as it is easy to sell even the most basic websites for $100. For anyone familiar with wordpress themes. you often see them in the price range of $50 for a nice theme. That’s just for a theme!
Add some reasonable content to the page, and suddenly, you’re looking at a triple digit sale price. Not too shabby for what as John will describe to you, will amount to a few hours of work.
I’ve tried to keep this review short, but to the point, as I don’t want to reveal any of the important ideas in the book, but I will tell you this much - the knowledge contained within is worth every penny!!
This is literally a step by step guide from start to finish of how to build and flip websites. The only thing you have to do is come up with the content, and the book even helps you with that, believe it or not.
So if you’re interested in trying out a different avenue for making money online, buy John Robinson’s E-book “Flip Sites and Get Rich.” As I said before, it will pay for itself in your first flip!

The content sounds solid and thorough, as a for-pay eBook must. I question if the “get rich” portion of the title is smart. Should be a more creative, yet catchy way to say the same thing.
Anything with the terms rich and money attract attention, although these words are all over the place.
That is what I am saying they get worn out, need to be creative and the first to say same thing in new, catchy way.
You are right, you need to invoate everytime. Something catchy would be make money online for free doing nothing.

I wonder if he is using an affiliate program like e-junkie or something for this. A great promotion is a series of post on one’s experience flipping a domain using his book. That would be pushing it every post and would not only pay for itself but domains to flip too.

Sad and am still kicking myself. Yet I threw my hat in with Chow and 500 hundred others for his contest.

I think the price is worth it, considering the content it has to offer.
Free e-books really condition the market. Makes the perception of paying for one less valuable.
Thats right but you rarely get good books for free. When you pay for something you make sure you follow it and read it well.
Again market conditioning has the perception that eBooks aren’t worth paying for. Early on many people threw-up any old crap to make a dollar with eBooks. Even now, there is a lot of regrets for the ever present $47/$97 eBook offer. Rarely will I even scroll or stay on a site soon as I see the “long sales page.”
Heard eBay may be a market for domains but looking it over there were way too many domains going for cheap. Don’t see where the bucks are, at least there.
Maybe that is why I need the book.
You should buy it. Its worth the $35 or better still if you don’t want to buy it talk to the writer about writing a review for him on your blog.
